Welcome to Taco’s El Rancho, we are a family-run authentic Mexican food restaurant in a small intimate setting, Carlos and Mercedes own and run Taco’s El Rancho, realizing their dream to open their own Mexican Food Restaurant a little over a year ago. Mercedes is from Honduras, she learned to cook when she was just a little girl. When she moved to Idaho, she met many ladies from Michoacán Mexico who shared their recipes with here, she loved them so much she decided she had to share them with everyone. Carlos and Mercedes have been married for more than 20 years, They have two daughters and a son son Ernesto is serving in the Army.
